What is my certificate number?

 When you were signed up by your sponsor you were emailed your certificate number. If you forgot,  call your sponsor.

How do I change my personal Information,
the Font Size and/or the Font Style to Bold or Italic?

Can I choose not to show the default photo or logo?

 Using the techniques in the tutorial above
make the image box 0.001 by 0.001. This will make the image a dot.
Trouble Shoot Errors  

When Acrobat Opens it is nothing
but letters and numbers!

 Exit by closing the browser and sign in again.
Make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader.

Acrobat Reader will not open.
